E Software Solution is seeking a motivated and performance-driven IT Sales Executive with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in IT/software sales or business development.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting our comprehensive range of technology services, including web and mobile application development, SaaS solutions, AI/ML services, API integrations, UI/UX design, CRM solutions, and staff augmentation.

This role requires a proactive professional who can generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and successfully close business opportunities.

• Proactively identify and generate high-quality business opportunities by leveraging LinkedIn, Upwork, targeted email campaigns & other digital channels to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline
• Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients
• Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Conduct follow-ups and client negotiations
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT/software sales or business development
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Experience in selling web/mobile applications, SaaS, AI/ML solutions, or staff augmentation services will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
