We're looking for a proactive and well-rounded Recruitment Specialist to join our IT team and drive key people processes, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.


Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist with hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment across permanent and contract-to-hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to close niche technology roles within timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  • Handle both Permanent and C2H hiring mandates across diverse technology stacks.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, headhunting, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Conduct detailed technical screenings to assess candidate fitment for the role and organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver quality profiles within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage offer negotiations and post-offer engagement to minimize dropouts and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT hiring trends and market intelligence.


Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment (both Permanent & C2H hiring).
  • Strong exposure to IT skills hiring (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, Testing, ERP, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels, market mapping, and headhunting techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS/Recruitment tools and reporting.
