IT Recruiter

Workfall is a new-age Internet company focused on building scalable, technology-driven hiring solutions. We are looking for a motivated and deadline-driven IT Recruiter to support our growing technical hiring needs.

Experience - 6 months - 1 year

Location - Navi Mumbai

Employment - Full-time

Work Mode - On-site (Navi-Mumbai)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and execute end-to-end IT recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements
• Source and screen IT candidates using job portals, internal databases, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms and social channels
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple technical roles, from sourcing to offer closure
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future requirements
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of recruitment metrics

Requirement:

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring requirements
• Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques
• Familiarity with job portals, ATS tools, and social recruiting platforms
• Strong social media recruiting skills (job posting, candidate engagement, community participation, hashtag usage, etc.)
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
