Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international clientsSpecialise in contract staffing across the UK/Europe regionSource talent through LinkedIn RPS, job portals, internal databases, and referralsConduct pre-screening for skills, experience, and culture fitCoordinate interviews and scheduling across multiple time zonesEnsure timely follow-up on interview progress and feedbackAssist in offer negotiations and support smooth onboarding
