IT Recruiter (UK and European markets)

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment for UK and European markets . This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in international IT recruitment while contributing to building a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the UK & Europe

Source, screen, and engage candidates using multiple platforms

Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience

Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals

Maintain accurate candidate and job records

Requirements:

6 months 2 years of recruitment experience

Exposure to UK/Europe hiring is a plus

Strong communication and sourcing skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
