Hiring: IT Recruiter | Immediate Joiners | Work From Office
Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore
Experience: 6 Months 3 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

We are looking for a passionate and energetic IT Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have experience in technical hiring and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical roles
- Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Following up for feedback and offer discussions
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
- Achieving hiring targets within defined timelines
Required Skills:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Understanding of technical roles (Java, .NET, Testing, DevOps, SAP, Cloud, etc.)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working on job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to work from office (Bannerghatta Road)
