About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience who has good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn technical hiring and be passionate about sourcing and closing the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls

Coordinate interviews with candidates and technical panels

Maintain candidate details in the ATS

Follow up with candidates on interviews, offers, and joining

Build and maintain a candidate pipeline

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Support hiring managers with recruitment needs

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment

Good communication and follow-up skills

Willingness to learn technical recruitment

Passion for hiring and working with people

Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies

Experience using job portals and LinkedIn
