Source and screen candidates for various IT positions

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Build and maintain candidate databases

Communicate professionally with candidates and clients

Support senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring processes

Qualifications:

Any Bachelors degree (preferred: HR, Business, or IT)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiastic, confident, and eager to learn

Comfortable working full-time from our Madhapur office
