Were Hiring: SAP IT Recruiter | (Pune Hybrid)

Team: Lead a team of 3 junior recruiters

We is looking for a seasoned SAP IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for Core SAP and IT roles within our Global Business Services (GBS) function. This role blends technical recruitment expertise with HRBP responsibilities , offering the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys both hiring and people operations.

What Youll Do

• Lead full-cycle hiring for SAP & IT positions across GBS
• Manage recruitment for key SAP modules: TM, GTS, MDG, QM, BI, AI, Ariba, SD , and more
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements & build strong talent pipelines
• Oversee interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
• Coach & manage a team of three recruiters to meet hiring goals
• Contribute 20% of your time to HRBP responsibilities such as onboarding, engagement, and HR operations

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years of experience with strong exposure to SAP & IT hiring
• Proven track record in recruiting for niche SAP modules
• Experience supporting GBS hiring
• Team management experience
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle HRBP tasks alongside recruitment
• Willingness to work from the Pune office 3 days/week
