This is a full-time on-site role for an IT professional at Delhi Public School, Dwarka Expressway, located in Gurugram. The IT professional will oversee and manage the school's IT operations, including network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security of IT systems. The role includes providing IT support to staff and students, maintaining and upgrading hardware and software, and ensuring compliance with data security protocols. Collaborating with faculty and the administrative team to improve technology integration within educational programs will also be a key responsibility.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Experience in core Information Technology operations and managing IT systems.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide support to staff and students effectively.

• Relevant certifications or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is highly desirable.
