Position Title - IT Product Owner Corporate Functions

Job Responsibilities

The IT Product Owner for Corporate Functions drives the digital product vision, roadmap, and delivery across Finance, HR, Legal

1. Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and value delivery.
2. Collaborate with Corporate Function leaders to translate business needs into product outcomes.
3. Prioritize product backlog based on business value and strategic alignment.- Govern E2E product lifecycle: discovery, design, build, deploy, run.
4. Lead cross-functional squads with architects, analysts, and engineers.
5. Ensure compliance, security and integration standards.- Manage vendor performance, platform SLAs, and Service Management processes.
6. Drive process digitalization, automation and data-driven improvements.
7. Track KPIs, OKRs and ensure measurable business outcomes.
8. Engage stakeholders with transparent communication and change management.

6+ years experience in product management, service management or IT leadership.

- Experience with Corporate Functions (Finance/HR/Legal/etc.).

- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, workflows, analytics).

- Skilled in Agile, Scrum, backlog management, ITSM and product lifecycle.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving
