We are looking for aconfident, articulate IT Operations professionalwho can act as anIncident Commander, take ownership of issues, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. This role requires strongincident management, coordination, and communication skills, not just technical knowledge.
- Own and manageproduction incidents end-to-end(triage, coordination, resolution, closure)
- Act as theprimary point of contactduring incidents
- Coordinate with L1/L2/L3 teams, developers, QA, DevOps, and IT
- Provideclear, concise status updatesto managers and executive stakeholders
- ManageJira tickets, escalations, and SLAs
- HandleIT admin tasks, including:
- Developer/QA onboarding & offboarding
- Tool and access management (Jira, email, internal systems)
- Support post-incident reviews and follow-up actions
- 4+ years inIT Operations / Incident Management / System Administration
- Proven experience as anincident owner or incident commander
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experience withJira or similar ticketing systems
- Comfortable speaking withsenior stakeholders and leadership
- Ability to take ownership anddrive issues to resolution
- You are uncomfortable leading calls or speaking with executives
- You prefer passive ticket handling without ownership
- Calm under pressure
- Confident communicator
- Action-oriented and accountable
