CTC: 3 6 LPA

Role Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT staffing requirements

* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client needs

* Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interview processes

* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

* Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to close positions

Desired Candidate Profile

* 36 years of experience in IT / Non-IT staffing

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to handle bulk and urgent requirements efficiently

* Self-driven, quick learner, and target-oriented

* Must be available to work onsite at Noida Sector 142
