Job Title: IT Monitoring Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.Tech / BE / MCA (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools, and monitoring methodologies.
• Perform regular system health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning to ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage and support all monitoring environments.
• Deploy and configure monitoring agents such as Instana, eG, Dynatrace, etc., across various environments.
• Maintain and update the inventory of systems configured in the monitoring platform.
• Monitor, investigate, diagnose, and report system and application issues using monitoring tools.
• Handle project management activities to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation/history maintenance.
• Track, report, resolve, and close incidents, including performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Recommend optimal utilization of monitoring tool resources.
• Ensure timely patch updates of monitoring software as per OEM recommendations.
• Close security and audit findings (AppSec, PT, VA, SCD, Configuration Review) within defined SLAs.
• Maintain regulatory and audit compliance.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Integrate third-party applications with monitoring tools (e.g., Data Lake dashboards).
• Manage Real User Monitoring (RUM) integration and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as eG, Dynatrace, IBM Instana, etc.
• Experience in infrastructure monitoring is required.
• Relevant certifications in monitoring technologies will be an added advantage.
