Job Title: IT Manager

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

*Strong knowledge of network management, including LAN, WAN, VLAN, IP addressing, switches, and routers.

*Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and dual boot installations.

*Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets/Excel.

*Expertise in Cloud Telephony, including IVR setup and related tools.

*Manage procurement of IT devices and accessories, along with end-to-end asset management.

*Experience in VR headset management will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

*3+ years of experience in IT management roles.

*Proven experience in cloud telephony setup and dashboard management.

*Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, tracking, and reporting).

*Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.

*Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
