About the job
The local IT representative in the respective local market supports the implementation of the overall Digital IT strategy as well as the execution of global digital and local projects. They ensure full compliance with all standards and guidelines in the areas of Digital IT and IT Security.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Fully comply to and act within the Company Digital IT Strategy and IT projects
Apply and ensure compliance to all Digital IT and IT Information Security standards and policies and rules
Support delivery of digital IT services at the company by delivering the local part of the digital service process
Implement & deliver additional local IT services to meet local company requirements not covered by Digital IT services
Support accurate and timely digital IT budget process in the company
Strategic management of all IT assets and their lifecycles (hardware, software and service agreements) including clarification of user requests with the responsible cost unit, as well as lifecycle management of assets from their procurement via their installation at the user’s site & review of settlement of accounts to the ultimate disposal of the assets. All IT assets must be registered and updated in the central IT inventory
All server and network activities requiring a physical presence, for instance patching of network connections, the installation and labelling of server and network hardware in racks, the management of backup tapes
Documentation of the local server and network infrastructure (floor plan, LAN structure, location specific hardware and software installations, system room)
Distribution of security-related software components to client computers
Organization and implementation of relocations of IT workplaces & offices
Response & follow through all user requests. Escalation to 2nd Level Support as required
Local IT projects and new requirements coordinated with the assigned Technical Account Manager, involved teams in the Digital departm
Remote handling of employees based in different countries
Smart devices management
Helpdesk to employees during WFH in pandemic
Configuration of Digital screens in the retail stores
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
Profound education and experience in IT infrastructure technology with focus on Microsoft platform
Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams
Very good influencing skills to align and get support from the parties during the implementation process
Clear picture for career development with strong potential ambition will be a plus
