Job Description - Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager

Location : Gurugram

Job Summary:

• Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ERP systems, data center security, access control, and vendor
• management, while ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting 100120 users.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science / IT (certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware preferred).

Experience

810 years experience in IT operations & infrastructure.

Proficiency in Power BI dashboard/report development.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP & Applications

Administer MS Dynamics 365 Navision ERP (on-premises & cloud Azure/AWS).

Lead system migration, upgrades, and SOP/manual creation.

Manage user roles and access rights.

Access Control & Security Systems

Maintain & troubleshoot access control systems (Matrix) and SQL databases.

Ensure fire system integration & issue resolution.

Manage user enrollment, access rights, and vendor AMC renewals.

Data Center & Network Security

Manage VMware, Dell EMC servers/storage, Cisco switches/routers, Ruckus Wi-Fi Access Point with controllers.

Administer firewalls (FortiGate 80F/100E/100F).

Oversee CCTV operations, NAS storage (QNAP), antivirus, and print services.

Monitor Atempo backup solutions & Microsoft Defender Endpoint Protection.

Apply and monitor security patches for PCs, servers, and network devices.

ManageEngine Patch Management tools.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Maintain IT vendor contracts & agreements.

Procure IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, mobiles, tablets, etc.).

Negotiate costs & optimize vendor contracts.

IT Facilities & Training

Update IT policies & SOPs.

Conduct IT orientation & cybersecurity awareness sessions.

Manage issuance, tracking, and disposal of IT assets.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, software, and security.

Troubleshooting & problem-solving expertise.

Experience in MIS, IT inventory, and vendor management.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to support 100120 users effectively.
