IT Head - Hardware

Role: IT Head (Hardware)

Location: Pasodara, Surat

Experience: 2-5 years

Salary Range: 30k-40k pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  
• Ensure hardware systems are optimized for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues across departments.
  
• Develop and implement standardized hardware configurations and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and replacements.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking for all hardware components.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 25 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware management or systems administration.
  
• Proficiency in managing desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices.
  
• Strong knowledge of hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades.
  
• Familiarity with asset management tools and inventory tracking systems.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
