About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to drive growth for our Endpoint Solution Business by expanding product adoption, strengthening customer relationships, and partnering closely with OEMs and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve yearly revenue and profitability targets for the assigned territory.
• Grow the BU product portfolio: Laptop, Desktop, Workstation, Software, Security, Data Protection, IAM, Patch Management, Vulnerability Assessment, AM/ITSM, SaaS Mail.
• Build strong technical understanding and work with OEM partners for sales/pre-sales/post-sales enablement.
• Prepare proposals and collaborate with Solution Architects for multi-product solution offerings.
• Support sales teams in customer meetings, closures, and escalations.
• Ensure timely delivery, execution, and collection of receivables.
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and positive NPS.

Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and BU-specific product stack.
• Ability to create and execute a business plan.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-management skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and ability to translate customer needs into value-driven solutions.
