Role Summary
Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on connecting the right people with the right opportunities? We are seeking a high-energy Fulfillment & Resourcing Manager to lead our bench management operations.
In this role, you won't just "manage" a list of names; you will be a talent agent, career coach, and logistics expert. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our unassigned consultantsfrom resume formatting and interview prep to upskilling and optimal project placement. Your goal is to ensure 100% readiness and maximum utilization of our talent pool.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bench Management & Fulfillment
- Optimal Utilization : Drive the "Zero Bench" initiative by ensuring consultants are placed on billable projects as quickly as possible.
- Placement & Positioning : Proactively market bench consultants to internal Project Managers and external clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.
- Tracking & Reporting : Maintain real-time dashboards on bench aging, skill sets, and availability.
2. Talent Readiness & Marketing
- Resume Formatting : Standardize and polish consultant resumes to meet client expectations and highlight project-relevant skills.
- Interview Preparation : Conduct mock interviews and coaching sessions to ensure consultants are prepared to "wow" clients during technical and behavioral rounds.
- Positioning : Strategically "frame" a consultant's experience to align with specific project requirements.
3. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Upskilling Programs : Identify high-demand market skills and coordinate training sessions, certifications, and boot camps for consultants on the bench.
- Skill Gap Analysis : Partner with the sales and technical teams to predict future skill needs and proactively train the bench to meet those needs.
4. Project & Client Coordination
- Demand Matching : Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales/Account teams and the delivery workforce.
- Deployment Logistics : Coordinate project start dates, onboarding requirements, and client-specific documentation.

Qualifications
- Experience : 6+ years in Resource Management, Recruitment, or Talent Operations within the IT/Consulting industry.
- Skills : Expert-level resume editing, interview coaching, and project scheduling.
- Tools : Proficiency in Resource Management Software (PSA), ATS, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsyou will be the bridge between technical talent and business stakeholders.
