This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Executive, based in Chennai. The IT Executive will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support, managing routine IT operations, maintaining network systems, and ensuring smooth technology functioning across the organization. The role involves collaborating with different teams to enhance operational efficiency and resolve IT-related challenges in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in IT Operations and Information Technology systems.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support.
• Experience in Network Administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Good problem-solving abilities and understanding of IT best practices.
