Qualification:College/university degree, tech support experience, familiarity with the Apple ecosystem, cloud systems administration experience will be good to have.

Job Description:

1.Provide 1st level IT Support to employees (onsite/remote)

2.Monitor IT inventory, procure and manage IT assets

3.Perform onboardings/offboardings of employees

4.Responsible for user management in IT systems/tools

5.Create and maintain IT documentation

6.Conduct internal trainings on IT-related topic

7. Assist on configurations/implementations in IT systems/tools

Skills:

• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skillsTech-savvy, comfortable with modern office productivity tools
• Pleasant and patient communicator.
• Self-motivated with a career drive in a tech startup
• Computer science oriented education or tech background
• Positive, problem-solving attitude
