Have you got an appetite for awesome?

● Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.

● Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

● Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

● Assist with the setup and configuration of software applications.

● Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors.

● Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.

● Proactively identify recurring problems and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences. 

We hope that you..

● Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

● Have 1+ years of experience in Service Desk or Technical Support.

● Are able to work rotating shifts from 3:30 AM to 12 PM for after-hours support as needed.
