Summary: CIO Content Management Analyst Roles & Responsibilities: -Create, review and publish Support content/articles/webpages for Technology Support. Monitor content usage. -Working with members of the Help Desk, members of advanced support groups, and support personnel to collect and standardize relevant knowledge. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. - Drive incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration. - Ensure smooth operation of IT services. - Resolve technical issues and provide support to end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Customer Service Operations, Web Content Management, Customer Service Management. Excellent Writing SKills - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. WordPress, HTML, ServiceNow Knowledge Management.. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. - Knowledge of incident management tools and ticketing systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
