Summary: As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your role will involve driving incident, issue, and outage management, as well as investigation and restoration. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. - Drive incident, issue, and outage management. - Investigate and restore IT systems and services. - Provide technical support and assistance to end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Logging Analytics Monitoring and Alerting - Advanced programming with Python - Advanced Cloud Ops/DevOps on AWS - Kubernetes, IaaC; Kubernetes operators (CKAD, CKA or CKS is a plus) - CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo") - Strong understanding of IT operations and service management. - Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. - Experience with IT service desk tools and ticketing systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
