Summary: As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will drive incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and promptly resolving any issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. - Drive incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration. - Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. - Promptly resolve any issues that arise. - Collaborate with team members to provide solutions to work-related problems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration. - Excellent knowledge on below AWS infrastructure o Golden Image rotation = monthly o Maintain backup ? Database (MySQL) ? EFS volumes ? EC2 AMI ? ASG updates o RDS High Availability (Multi AZ) o AWS ECS container o Lambda o Load Balancer: Application and Classic o S3 o Secrets o API Gateway o Lambda o CloudWatch - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure. - Experience in managing and troubleshooting cloud-based systems. - Knowledge of cloud security best practices. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
