• Relevant experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM Modules (Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, etc.), ITOM, SOM, HRSD etc. • Relevant experience on ServiceNow Automated test framework (ATF) automation tool. • Proficiency in understanding the requirements and write test cases efficiently. • Involvement in Test Execution, Results Analyzing and Defect Reporting • Have good knowledge on Agile methodologies and SDLC process. • Good understanding of CMDB, service mapping and Discovery. • Involved in Dashboards, reports and SLA’s testing. • ITSM Foundation and ATF Micro certification is an added advantage. • Proficient in upgrade and regression testing. • Ability to contribute to a high performing motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals. • Basic Knowledge on postman is an added advantage.
