Senior IT Consultant Finance Systems (R2R & BI&A)

Location: Thane

Experience: 7+ years

We are hiring a Senior IT Consultant to take end-to-end ownership of Record to Report (R2R) and

Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A;) processes, partnering closely with business stakeholders

to drive system improvements, digitalisation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end IT processes for R2R and BI&A, including design, integration, and continuous

improvement

• Collaborate with Business & Process Owners to gather, analyse, and implement requirements in

SAP ECC and DWH/BI systems

• Implement and configure SAP FI/CO and BI tools (SAP BW, Power BI, etc.)
• Lead and coordinate digitalisation and automation initiatives for finance and reporting
• Ensure data quality, governance, and system integrity
• Own IT aspects of audits and compliance, especially SOX and IT controls
• Enable and train business users for optimal system usage
• Work with global teams and external service providers

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IT consulting/finance systems
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO
• Experience with BI & Analytics platforms (SAP BW, Power BI, etc.)
• Solid understanding of R2R finance processes
• Exposure to SOX compliance and IT controls
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
