About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Change Management Practitioner to support complex IT programmes within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This is not an entry-level change role.

You will operate as a senior change professional partnering directly with IT Programme and Project Managers, driving measurable business outcomes across both traditional and Agile deliveries.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to understand and support DevKit Change Management frameworks within enterprise IT programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute end-to-end Change Management plans
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and drive execution plans
• Run one or more change workstreams across IT programmes
• Deliver change activities to business-ready standards
• Drive measurable change outcomes aligned to business value
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communications strategy
• Support learning needs assessment and change adoption
• Collaborate across multiple change teams within the enterprise
• Enable business teams to sustain change long-term

Mandatory Expertise

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Change Management Practitioner in complex IT or enterprise transformation programmes.

• Stakeholder & Communications Management
• Change Network Management
• Learning Needs Assessment
• Organisation Design & Deployment
• Experience supporting Agile and Enterprise IT environments

Preferred

• APMG Change Management Certification
• Experience in Enterprise Agile Transformation environments
• Strong business acumen within large, matrix organisations

You are a structured, senior change practitioner who understands how to translate IT programme delivery into measurable business impact.

You are comfortable working across complex stakeholders and can independently drive change workstreams in global enterprise environments.
