Job Description
Trasol Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Business Development Executive to drive growth in enterprise IT solutions across India, US, and EMEA/GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads via cold calling, LinkedIn/email outreach, and digital channels
Promote Microsoft offerings: M365, D365 (ERP/CRM, Business Central), Power Platform, Azure Cloud, SharePoint, and Salesforce consulting
Engage IT Managers, CTOs, and decision-makers; coordinate demos, proposals, and negotiations
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and build long-term client relationships while meeting monthly/quarterly targets
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters in Technology, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
23+ years of B2B IT sales (Microsoft products / IT services / Salesforce / tech consulting)
Strong track record in lead generation, pipeline building, negotiation, and deal closure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to work in a permanent night shift
