JOB DISCRIPTION

SVCL is seeking a dynamic IT & Business Analytics Executive to support workflow automation, business process improvement, and investment portfolio analytics. The role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions.

1. Workflow & Forms Development Build and manage digital workflows using Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Forms, Power Apps). Create dynamic forms for investment tracking and data collection. Ensure proper data validation and structured data capture. Build SharePoint-based process management systems. Develop Power Apps solutions for internal business use.

2. Business Analysis & Process Improvement Understand operational workflows for investment portfolios using M365. Map existing processes and recommend automation improvements. Prepare process flow diagrams and documentation.

3. Data Analytics & Reporting Use advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis) for portfolio tracking and MIS preparation. Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for management. Create dashboards using Excel / Power BI. Assist in preparing presentations (PowerPoint) and documentation (Word).

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in science / computer science / commerce.

Preference for candidates with specialization in Data Analytics or Business Analytics.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems, workflow automation, or business analytics.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Hands-on experience with Power Automate, MS Forms, and SharePoint.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Strong drafting and written communication skills.
