Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced CRM Business Analyst to provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales Enterprise & Field Service modules). The role involves troubleshooting user issues, supporting enhancements, managing integrations, and working closely with business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Field Service)
- Investigate and resolve user issues within SLA
- Manage support tickets, emails, and documentation
- Create and modify CRM/BI dashboards
- Support enhancements and maintain backlog items
- Coordinate with other IT teams for integration-related issues
- Assist in requirement gathering, testing, and UAT
- Build strong relationships with business users
Requirements:
- 3+ years in System/Application Support or Business Analyst role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience supporting Sales and/or Field Service modules
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- 1+ year of light project management or demand oversight experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
