IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
• Sole responsibility for marketing IT bench consultants with vendors or direct client.
• Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
• Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years experience required as Bench Sales IT Recruiter.
• Freshers Can Apply
• Graduation from any stream.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
• Well versed with usage of computer and job boards.
• Access to a reliable laptop/desktop computer and a stable internet connection

Other Information:

• Shift timing 7 PM to 4 AM
• Working Days 5 (Monday to Friday).
• Work from office.
• Indian and US holidays.
• Up to Rs 50000 Incentive per closure.
