Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support business applications, including lending systems, ERP, EDMS, data warehouse, and reporting tools
- Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and external partners
- Gather and document business and system requirements for enhancements and new development
- Monitor daily application operations, interfaces, batch jobs, and data issues
- Coordinate testing (unit/UAT) and support smooth production releases
- Manage vendors and ensure timely, quality delivery
Experience: 5+ years in application support/business systems analysis; vendor management experience preferred
