IT and Odoo Specialist

Role Overview

Position: Information Technology & Odoo Specialist

Type: Full-time | On-site (Ahmedabad)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (Mon - Sat)

CTC: 3 - 5 LPA

(Exact salary will be determined based on skills & experience)

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Database Management

• Odoo Administration: Manage, maintain, and optimize the Odoo database.
• Development: Build custom Odoo features and generate technical reports.
• Coding: Apply programming knowledge (Python/XML) to enhance ERP functionality.

Infrastructure & Assets

• Device Management: Oversee the lifecycle of company hardware, including laptops and mobile devices.
• Connectivity: Manage corporate phone numbers, SIM cards, MS 365 accounts.
• Technical Support: Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for on-site staff.
• Website Management: Perform occasional updates, maintenance, and security checks on the company website (Odoo hosted).

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 35 years in IT systems management or ERP administration.
• Proficiency in Odoo, Python (preferred), and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in fleet management (laptops, mobile devices, printers, etc.).
