 Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst Applications to join our Financial Systems Support -CAT IT Division.

The incumbent would be supporting the IT function with assisting in areas like development, testing and implementing application systems. Applies systems solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, design, programming, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation of automated information technology systems and components.

The preference for this role is to be based out of PSN Whitefield Office, Bangalore

What you will do

• Participates in IT functions like developing, coding and testing computer programs.
   
• Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation.
   
• Assist with detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs.
• Participate in contributing solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.

What you will have.

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or software Engineering, or Equivalent education and experience (MCA, B.E / B Tech / M Tech)
• Candidate should have at least 3 – 5 years of strong programming experience in application development and support projects that have integration with other systems that may include Cloud, 3rd Party applications etc.
• Strong analytical & communication skills. Ability to translate business problems into business solutions.
• Expertise in SQL and experience in any programming languages like Java / .Net / Python, Javascript, C, C++, C#, etc.
• Experience to Cybersecurity related issues and remediation.
• Ability to explore and implement cloud solutions in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
• Should have good working knowledge in tools and technologies like Azure Devops, GitHub etc
• This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.
• Shift timing:01:00 PM-10PM IST

Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving
organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to
diverse situations.

Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.

Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit,
analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.

System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing
strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
