IT Administrator

About The Role

We are looking for an IT/System Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

What You'll Do?

Your goal will be to ensure that our IT/System infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Must know about Exchange server installation & and configuration
• Must know about SCCM server installation & configuration
• Must know the O365 admin panel & and G-suit Admin Panel
• Must know about firewalls (Sophos, Fortigate) configuration
• Must know Outlook configuration.
• Must know Wi-Fi routers & and access points configuration
• Must know about O365 & Exchange server Hybrid Mode
• Must have an expert on Windows & and Mac Operating Systems
• Must know about ADDC server installation & configuration
• Must know IT Infra (Hardware & Software)

What We're looking for?

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or relevant position.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Sophos devices and firewalls.
• Basic troubleshooting on VPN Tunnel issues (site2site).
• Hands-on experience and good troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Exchange servers.
• Excellent communication ability.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
