We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional to manage IT asset inventory and provide desktop support across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of end-user systems, enforce IT compliance, manage MDM and antivirus systems, and maintain accurate records of all IT assets.

What Youll Do :

- Manage and update IT asset inventory throughout its lifecycle

- Conduct regular asset audits, tagging, reconciliation, and coordinate with procurement/finance

- Oversee MDM for all devicessecurity policies, compliance, and updates

- Monitor antivirus, patching, endpoint security, and assist in vulnerability management

- Provide L1/L2 desktop support across Windows, macOS & basic Linux

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email & VPN issues

- Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with policies and audits

What Were Looking For :

- Bachelors in CS/IT with 24 years experience in IT support & asset management

- Strong understanding of MDM, antivirus tools, IT compliance, and OS environments

- Hands-on with Windows, macOS, Linux & common enterprise applications

- Experience with Jira/Freshservice/ServiceNow and basic Active Directory

- Knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration, VPN & ITIL processes

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills
