Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ISO Trainer capable of delivering Lead Auditor,

Lead Implementer, Internal Auditor, and Awareness training across multiple ISO standards. The

ideal candidate will have strong auditing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a

passion for sharing knowledge with professionals across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver virtual and classroom-based training for multiple ISO standards (e.g., ISO

27001, ISO 27701, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000-1, ISO

42001, ISO 14064, etc.).

Conduct lead auditor, internal auditor, lead implementer, and awareness training

sessions as per INTERCERTs accreditation and course guidelines.

Ensure training delivery meets IRCA/IAS/UAF/Accreditation Body competency

requirements.

Provide real-world examples, case studies, and practical auditing techniques

during sessions to enhance learner experience.

Assist in content development: presentations, case studies, quizzes, LMS modules,

and training manuals.

Evaluate candidates performance through assessments, assignments, and

examinations.

Stay updated with the latest ISO standard revisions, industry practices, compliance

trends, and regulatory requirements.

Support INTERCERT in enhancing the overall training quality, feedback scores, and

learner engagement.

Collaborate with the training coordination team for batch planning, scheduling, and

participant support.

Required Qualifications

Certified Lead Auditor for at least 3 or more ISO standards (mandatory).

Minimum 10+ years of auditing or consulting experience in relevant standards.

Proven experience delivering ISO lead auditor or professional training programs.

Strong command over management system frameworks and audit methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Ability to simplify complex topics and engage participants through scenarios and

activities.

Prior experience working with certification bodies or accredited training organizations.
