We are seeking an experienced ISO Consultant to support our clients in implementing, maintaining, and improving management systems in line with international ISO standards. The role involves working closely with clients to develop systems, conduct internal audits, and prepare organizations for certification audits.

This position is primarily work-from-home, with travel required for client meetings, site visits, audits, and implementation support.

• Implement and consult on ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) for client organizations.
• Provide guidance and implementation support for ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).
• Assist clients in establishing ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) frameworks.
• Support organizations in ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) implementation where required.
• Conduct gap analysis, documentation preparation, and system implementation for ISO standards.
• Develop quality manuals, procedures, SOPs, policies, and process documentation as per ISO requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and management review meetings for clients.
• Provide training and awareness sessions to client teams on ISO standards and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with certification bodies and support clients during external audits.
• Assist clients in corrective and preventive action planning following audit findings.
• Maintain proper project documentation, audit reports, and implementation records.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and implementation processes.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 27001 will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of process documentation and management systems.
• Ability to conduct internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in Delhi NCR or other cities when required.

• Engineering background (BE / B.Tech).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ISO consulting, auditing, or management system implementation.
• Prior experience in a consulting environment will be preferred.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification would be an advantage.
