•Assisting in the SDLC Process: Providing guidance and support throughout the Integrated Product Engineering Software Development Life Cycle

•Helping the project team adhere to the process: Ensuring that the project team consistently follows the established procedures and guidelines.

•Helping and troubleshooting for project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, SharePoint, Power BI and Professional Services Automation (PSA).

•Developing and deploying automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. This can include automating workflows using Power Platform, data entry, and reporting, allowing the team to focus on more strategic activities.

•Designing and generating comprehensive reports and visual dashboards for executives. These reports provide key insights and metrics on project performance, helping leadership make informed decisions and track progress against goals.
