Job Title: iScala Technical Engineer 

Experience: 5-8 years 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled iScala Technical Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the iScala ERP system and be able to implement, customize, and support iScala applications to meet business requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement iScala solutions tailored to business processes and user requirements. 

  • Conduct system analysis and provide technical support for iScala applications. 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective ERP solutions. 

  • Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. 

  • Provide training and support to end-users on iScala functionalities. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to iScala applications. 

  • Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • 5-8 years of experience working with iScala ERP solutions. 

  • Strong understanding of financial modules within iScala. 

  • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to iScala customization (e.g., SQL, C#, etc.). 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
