Junior IRR Executive

(Industrial Relations, Recruitment & Factory Compliance)

We are looking for a Junior IRR Executive with basic knowledge of factory statutory compliance and manpower coordination to support our manufacturing operations and workforce management.

This position offers hands-on exposure to Factory HR, Labour Compliance, and Industrial Relations.

Sourcing and coordinating factory workers through manpower contractors

Supporting recruitment of North Indian manpower for factory operations

Handling worker onboarding documentation and KYC records

Maintaining Factories Act statutory registers and records

Assisting in Half-Yearly / Annual Returns filing in the DISH portal

Maintaining labour compliance documentation and records

Supporting Contract Labour compliance and documentation

Coordination for Pressure Vessel certificate renewals

Supporting TNPCB consent renewal documentation

Assisting during factory inspections and statutory audits

Monitoring worker accommodation facilities

Coordinating food provision and welfare arrangements for workers

Supporting production and admin teams in manpower deployment

Knowledge of Factories Act statutory registers

Exposure to Factory HR / Labour Compliance

Familiarity with DISH portal returns filing preferred

Good documentation and coordination skills

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Any Degree

Experience: 12 years in Factory HR / Compliance / IR preferred

Language: Hindi is an added advantage (for coordinating with North Indian workforce)

Salary Package: CTC 2.25 Lakhs 3.25 Lakhs per annum
