Job Description :

• Designation: Sr Engineer/Executive
• Department: IPQC/QC
• Location: Gandhinagar
• Edu. Qualification: Any relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor quality inspection of Raw Materials (RM), In-Process (IP), and Finished Goods (FG) as per defined quality parameters.
• Lead and handle the team, ensuring proper inspection and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and control in-process quality parameters during manufacturing to maintain product quality.
• Perform final inspection of finished products before release.
• Analyze monthly production and quality data and prepare reports for management review.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate with production team for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation and ERP system updates related to quality checks and production records.
• Train and guide team members on inspection procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
