Job Title: IP Sales Lead / Director

Location: Mumbai or Gurgaon

Role Overview

New Media Holding is seeking a strategic and revenue-driven IP Sales leader to monetize proprietary content, original IPs, and large-scale media properties through high-value brand partnerships. This role will drive sponsorship sales, unlock integrated deals, and position our IPs as must-buy platforms for leading brands and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the revenue strategy and sales pipeline for all in-house IPs, events, and content properties.
• Identify and secure marquee sponsorships, brand integrations, and long-term partnerships.
• Conceptualize and sell innovative, insight-led solutions that align brand objectives with our IPs.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle prospecting, pitch development, pricing, negotiations, and closures.
• Build senior-level relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, and media agencies.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Execution teams to develop compelling partnership packages.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to maximize monetization.
• Forecast revenue, maintain sales hygiene, and consistently deliver against ambitious targets.

Requirements

• 812 years of experience in IP Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Media Partnerships, Branded Content, or Entertainment sales.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving significant revenue growth.
• Strong network across brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and ability to operate at leadership level.
• Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment.
