IP Access (Prov & Config) Engineer

Key Responsibility

1. To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
2. Service Configuration & Provisioning as per guidelines and MOP.
3. End to end standard orders testing, coordination with Field Teams for new delivery & NW Faults.
4. Reporting Standard Order/Work Order status (Configuration & Provisioning Status).
5. New Feature Implementation, System & Application Patch Introduction/Up gradation as per plan.
6. Routinely generate Reports as per the requirement.
7. Backup of NE/NMS components to internal/external system
8. Asset and Configuration Management Support.
9. L1 troubleshooting, Fault Analysis of Network issues.
10. Collaborate & assist internal teams during network issues and service roll out.
11. Support Change Introduction Impact Analysis, Change Management.

Key Deliverables

1. Configuration and Troubleshoot of MPLS L3 and L2 VPN in XE and XR platform.
2. Software Upgrade of Cisco ASR 903/920/NCS 540 & 530.
3. Integration of WAN links between AG1 to AG1 & AG1 to CSS.
4. Integration/Migration of new AG1 (ASR903/NCS 560) in existing ring.
5. Integration/Migration of CSS (ASR 920/NCS 540) in existing ring.

6.Integration/Service Configuration of L2 switches (RASCOM/Tech Route/Voltek/Fiber Home)
