We are currently seeking a IOT Engineer (EEE/ECE/Mechanical) to join our client's team - Careworx Healthcare Pvt Ltd., in Chennai.

Careworx - Digital Healthcare Platform, helps in digitalization of hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic labs and Pharmacies for improving operational efficiency and to deliver superior experience to patients.

Job Description:

Oversees the installations and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations of our varied products at customer sites.

Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.

Monitors the Performance, maintenance and repairs.

Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and

configurations which may impact product performance.

Proactively responds to potential equipment issues.

Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating

systems and applications software.

Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions

Travel during normal working hours to accounts based on a weekly schedule.

Coordinate closely with sales and application team for necessary operational requirements

Must have Knowledge in

• IP Setup
• IP Address configuration
• Ping commands

Qualification requirements:

A BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication or Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 2-5 years of experience.

Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely.

Enjoy travelling and visiting customers.

Key skills required:

• Good knowledge in installing and uninstalling programs
