iOS Lead/Developer Role Overview: As a Senior / Software Engineer specializing in iOS SwiftUI development, you will be part of a cross-functional team focused on transforming our digital capabilities. You will drive innovation, deliver products in increasingly shorter cycles, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, tooling, and engineering practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of host apps on the iOS platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with global stakeholders, including engineering, delivery teams, and QAs, to align on project goals and deliverables. Implement and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code using SwiftUI, with hands-on coding expertise. Apply design patterns to create clean, maintainable, and efficient code architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the teams technical expertise. Utilize critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Participate in Agile and DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
