About The Role

We are looking for an experienced iOS Lead to own and drive the development of our in-house iOS applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will architect, build, and scale high-performance mobile products while mentoring a growing iOS team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of native iOS applications used by a large user base
• Define and drive iOS architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams
• Own app performance, stability, security, and scalability
• Review code, mentor iOS engineers, and support team growth
• Drive timely releases and continuous improvements
• Stay updated with the latest iOS trends, tools, and frameworks

Requirments

• 47 years of experience in iOS development
• Strong proficiency in Swift and UIKit / SwiftUI
• Experience with iOS app architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs , third-party integrations, and SDKs
• Strong understanding of Apple App Store guidelines and release processes
• Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and memory management
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

Leadership and Soft Skills:

• Experience leading or mentoring iOS developers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ownership mindset with attention to product quality

Good To Have:

• Experience building consumer-scale or B2C apps
• Exposure to analytics, crash reporting, and A/B testing tools
• Experience working in startups or product-based companies
