Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end inwarding of inventory from vendors, ensuring timely and accurate receipt against approved purchase orders.

Verify quantity, product specifications, metal purity, stone details, weight, sizing, and finish as per PO and buyer confirmations.

Coordinate with the Buying & Merchandising team to ensure correct SKU mapping, category tagging, and collection-wise allocation.

Ensure quality check (QC) compliance before inwarding; flag discrepancies in quality, shortages, or excesses to the Buyer immediately.

Maintain proper documentation including GRN, invoices, challans, hallmarking certificates, and vendor compliance records.

Support Buyers in vendor follow-ups, delivery tracking, and closure of open POs.

Assist in cost validationmatching PO price, making charges, stone rates, and taxes before inwarding approval.

Coordinate with warehouse, QC, finance, and logistics teams for smooth handover and stock availability.

Support cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.

Identify and report process gaps to improve inventory accuracy and supply efficiency.

Skills Required (Buying-Aligned):

Understanding of POs, costing, SKUs, and vendor documentation

Basic knowledge of jewellery materials (gold, silver, diamonds/stones) (if applicable)

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

ERP / Excel proficiency

Good coordination and communication skills
